On Our National Duty to Protect Iran’s Cultural and Natural Heritage, March 19, 2026

Protecting Iran’s cultural and natural heritage is a permanent national duty for every one of us. In the current circumstances that duty matters more than ever: there is a real concern that opportunists may exploit the revolutionary state of the country, or the turbulence that may follow until a national government is firmly established after the regime’s fall, in order to loot, destroy, or seize Iran’s national heritage.
